The source was indeed Gracie. Remember that she called Cosima to tell everyone she was sorry. After, Mark got out the car to meet her, as did the guy from the CIA (same dude who tricked Paul and was working with Dr. Coady).
What I’m trying to say was is there a possibility that there’s another source? When he (David the military guy) was talking to Virginia his ‘source’ sounded like a reliable one that has been around for quite a while feeding him with quality infos, definitely not Gracie, he only had Mark under his control when he meet with Virginia in Mexico so someone who has only been an informant for one day isn’t exactly a trusted source. Plus, ‘inside Leda’, Gracie was never actually inside the Clone Club inner circle, so I was wondering if there’s another mole in Clone Club. Yeah Gracie told him about the book, but how did Rudy knew exactly whose house to go to and that Cosima’s sick again?

I just assumed that since CIA guy talked about the LEDA mole and then was in the car to meet Gracie, that that was the “mystery solved” moment. Who knows!
